Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking an Early Talent Recruiter to own university and early-career recruiting across multiple countries. You will design campus partnerships, manage internships and new-grad funnels from sourcing through offers, and collaborate with business leaders to define candidate profiles and performance expectations.

You will also nurture long-term relationships to enhance Tenstorrent's talent brand.

Qualifications

• Owned a full campus recruiting cycle, including school selection and partnerships.
• Partnered with hiring managers to challenge assumptions and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Worked from funnel data, connecting applications, conversions, and offers to decisions.
• Communicated clearly and respectfully with students and colleagues at all stages.

Responsibilities

• Own university and early-career recruiting strategy for their countries, including targeted schools and campus events.
• Run internship and direct new-grad funnels end to end from sourcing to acceptance.
• Partner with Early Talent Program Manager to define candidate profiles and calibrate performance when seats are limited.
• Contribute to Tenstorrent Talent Brand and nurture relationships with early talent long-term.
