Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, or similar field.
  • Entry-level or early-career experience with a strong technical foundation.
  • Knowledge of testing, validation methodologies, and laboratory environments.
  • Familiarity with data acquisition systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Act as laboratory referent in projects, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Define, implement, and monitor Validation Plans (VPs) and related project budgets.
  • Plan and coordinate test activities, including resources, equipment, and scheduling.
  • Ensure test execution validity (procedures, part conformity, customer requirements) and analyse results.
  • Manage subcontracted testing activities when required.
  • Identify risks and drive corrective actions and alternative solutions.
  • Consolidate workload, resources, and costs with management and project teams.
  • Communicate validation progress through reports, dashboards, and meetings.
  • Interface with customers: manage visits, align on procedures, and support validation activities.
  • Contribute to lab improvements, technician development, and compliance with quality & safety standards.
