Job summary

TSMG Holding in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and configuration of self-driving systems used in robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure hardware, software, and sensors are calibrated and validated for safe testing and deployment.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics, fluent English, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential.
Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
Ability to follow structured software procedures and technical workflows.
Fluent English mandatory.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS hardware, software, and configuration issues to improve fleet readiness.
Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
Perform software updates, configuration changes, and validation checks for SDS deployments.
Conduct calibration and validation of sensors and perception-related hardware.
Provide on-site engineering & operations support, document findings, and escalate as needed.
Maintain thorough records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
