Job summary

Cainiao Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Poland to manage department staff, train teams, and coordinate across processes. You will enforce SOPs, perform daily inspections, and drive improvements based on data analysis.

The role requires English fluency, experience in warehouse management, and familiarity with WMS. Strong leadership and communication across departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education in Logistics Management, SCM or related field.
• At least six months warehouse management experience; overseas warehouse exp preferred.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with overseas clients.
• Familiar with WMS and related software; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Job description

1. 1. Operations Management: Responsible for the daily management of department staff, including training, scheduling, and coordination of personnel across processes.
2. 2. Inventory Control: Ensure that staff in the assigned department operate according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct daily warehouse inspections.
3. 3. Communication and Coordination: Possess strong horizontal communication skills, enabling collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
4. 4. Problem Solving: Promptly address issues encountered during operations, such as shortages or damage of goods, and propose improvement plans.
5. 5. Data Analysis: Regularly summarize and analyze inbound data, providing suggestions for process improvement to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
6. 6. Equipment Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the proper use and maintenance of inbound-related equipment, guaranteeing operational safety.

Job Requirements

1. 1. Education: Priority will be given to candidates with a major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
2. 2. Work Experience: At least six months of relevant warehouse management experience; experience in overseas warehouse management is preferred.
3. 3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas clients and teams.
4. 4. Skills: Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software; possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
