NordHR is seeking a C++/Linux Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced) in Poland for a hybrid role. You will join a versatile team working on avionics and complex electronics, contributing to safety-critical software across multiple product lines.

Ideal candidates have strong C++ and Linux skills, a relevant degree, and good English. The role offers growth through international projects, technical workshops, and mentoring in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++.
• Practical knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Good command of English.
• Associate level: 2+ years of applicable experience; Experienced level: 5+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize modern programming techniques, tools, languages and agile methods to build software for delivered systems.
• Perform architecture, requirements, software development, integration and testing activities.
• Contribute to project execution plans and help achieve technical goals.
• Support project estimation and planning.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams to understand expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software processes, quality, safety and reliability.
• Work in an international engineering environment.
• Share knowledge and foster a collaborative team culture.
