An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Client as a C++/Linux Software Engineer, at Associate or Experienced level, based in Poland.

The position offers a hybrid working model, with the possibility of working from one of the Client’s offices in Gdańsk, Rzeszów or Warsaw.

Our Client’s Software Engineering organization develops and produces advanced avionics and electronics systems designed for aircraft and other platforms, supporting areas such as navigation, flight controls, information systems and other core avionics functions.

The team works on technically advanced products for the future of urban air mobility as well as next-generation commercial, tactical and trainer aircraft.

As a C++/Linux Software Engineer, you will join a highly skilled Software Engineering team supporting multiple product lines and contributing to the development of complex, safety-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing modern programming techniques, tools, languages and agile software development methodologies to build software for delivered systems
• Performing engineering activities including architecture, requirements, software development, integration and testing
• Contributing proactively to project execution plans and helping achieve technical and operational goals
• Supporting project estimation and planning
• Collaborating with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams to understand operational and performance expectations
• Contributing to continuous improvement of software engineering processes, product quality, safety and reliability
• Working collaboratively in an international engineering environment
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and highly collaborative team culture

Required qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in modern C++

  • Associate level: 2+ years of applicable experience

• Experience working on international or multinational projects
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
• Strong design and system-thinking skills
