Job summary

Boing Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an Experienced Fullstack Software Engineer in Gdańsk to join the AvionX Poland team, delivering backend services in Python and modern web apps in JavaScript/TypeScript with React.

You will own end-to-end features, build responsive UIs, write tests, and collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to ensure high-quality user experiences. Hybrid work setup in Poland and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Own end to end features across the full stack: design, implementation, testing, and delivery
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that integrate with RESTful APIs
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Perform thorough, constructive code reviews and mentor other engineers on best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high quality user experiences
• Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching process and merge request workflows
• Work in container based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams as needed
• Stay current with web standards, browser support, and emerging platform features; recommend pragmatic adoption strategies
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement
