Boeing Poland Software Engineering is seeking a C++/Linux Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join a talented team supporting multiple product lines. The role is hybrid with options to work onsite in Gdańsk, Rzeszów, or Warsaw, Poland, and includes engaging in architecture, development, integration and testing across avionics software platforms.

• Proficiency in modern C++.
• Proven practical knowledge of Linux OS.
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizing modern programming techniques, tools, languages and agile software development methodologies to build software for Boeing systems.
• Performing engineering activities including architecture, requirements, development, integration and testing.
• Proactively contributing to project execution plans to meet goals.
• Project estimation and planning.
• Influencing, innovating and continuously improving software engineering processes for quality, safety and reliability.
• Collaborating with customers, stakeholders and peers to understand performance expectations.
