Capgemini is seeking a Business Transformation Manager (GBS/SSC/Consulting) for multiple Polish hubs, including Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, and more. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives for global clients, shaping GBS operating models, and driving delivery excellence across large-scale programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in GBS/SSCs, strong program and change management capabilities, and fluency in English (French/German a plus).

Depends on your skill set and your strengths you might play a various role in the transformation projects starting from GBS TOM design, leading large-scale transformations, overall Project Management, Change Management, and communication.We seek experienced, focused, and inspired individuals who have the special power to build the close, trusting relationships that are key to delivering the seamless and efficient services that Clients expect from Capgemini.## **Your tasks*** Lead and deliver transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards.* Manage key project activities, including project planning, resource allocation, financials, progress reporting, risk management and mitigation.* Plan and facilitate client workshops, develop high-quality project deliverables and ensure effective feedback throughout the project lifecycle.* Participate in the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, from the initial client request through final submission and potential project delivery.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.* Develop transformation agendas for new and existing clients and actively contribute to the development of Capgemini’s offerings, products and transformation capabilities.## **Your profile*** At least 10 years of relevant professional experience including at least 5 years in implementing new Service Delivery Models (GBS, SSC, BPO, hybrid, BOT) and related service components.* Deep understanding of GBS concepts, trends and methodologies, including location strategy, governance models, performance management, organizational design and Continuous Improvement.* Proven experience in Strategy and Transformation programs, including both client delivery and sales activities.* Strong Project and Transformation Management experience, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end project delivery (project management certification will be an asset).* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders and effectively navigate complex environments.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a results-driven mindset and determination to overcome challenges and continuously improve outcomes.* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Project Management Tools (e.g.: MS Projects), Business Process Modelling tools (Aris, MS Visio)* Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset)## **What You'll love about working here*** **Practical benefits:** company car, yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.* **Award-winning development programs** to support your career at every stage.
