Capgemini Poland is seeking a Payroll Design Consultant to architect and optimize global payroll solutions. You will focus on strategy and design rather than day‑to‑day payroll processing, collaborating with HR, Finance and IT to build scalable, compliant payroll models.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in payroll design, strong regulatory knowledge across regions, and experience in global environments. The role offers a hybrid work model and access to extensive training resources.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in payroll solution design or multi-country payroll architecture.
• Strong understanding of payroll technology, compliance topics and requirements of multi-country enterprise clients.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional payroll solutions.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.
