Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Poland seeks a Test Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex telecom projects across multiple Polish hubs. You will act as the primary technical contact and drive collaboration among technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful deployment, migration and upgrades.

The role requires hands-on experience with 4G/5G Core networks, core network technologies, and strong knowledge of 3GPP standards.

• Experience in technical project management within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and telecom architectures.
• Experience with core network technologies (MME, AMF, SMF, UPF, etc.).
