Job summary

Kempuri is seeking a Business-System Analyst to join a project delivering scalable business applications for the banking domain. You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.

You will analyze processes, prepare use cases and user stories, and support testing to ensure alignment with business objectives across international markets. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Business-System Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Understanding of business processes and SDLC.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
• Experience with technical teams, developers and QA engineers.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
