Job summary

Madiff in Warsaw seeks a skilled Business-System Analyst to join an exciting financial sector project. You will work with business and IT teams to analyse and optimise processes, define functional requirements, and prepare system documentation.

The role involves supporting integration between systems and services within a hybrid model at a modern Warsaw office. You will collaborate through the full delivery lifecycle, ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business/system analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling and system design.
• Fluent Polish and good English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with business and IT teams to analyse and define functional requirements for leasing and finance applications
• Prepare system documentation (BPMN, UML, use cases)
• Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate with developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Assist in defining integration flows between internal systems and third-party services
• Ensure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation
• Support UAT and coordinate defect resolution with the team

We are looking for a skilled Business-System Analyst to join an exciting project in the financial sector. In this role,you will collaborate closely with business and IT teams, analyse and optimise processes, and ensure thatfunctional requirements are clearly defined and properly implemented. You will be responsible for preparingsystem documentation, supporting integration between systems and services, and assisting throughout the fulldelivery lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful solutions while working in ahybrid model with a modern office location in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with business and IT teams to analyse and define functional requirements for leasingand finance applications
• Prepare system documentation (BPMN, UML, use cases)
• Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate with developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Assist in defining integration flows between internal systems and third-party services
• Ensure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation
• Support UAT and coordinate defect resolution with the team
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business/system analyst role
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling and system design
• Practical experience using UML, BPMN, and CASE tools
• Solid SQL skills (data queries, joins, basic analysis)
• Ability to analyse service documentation (REST, SOAP)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Fluent Polish and good English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in leasing or financial systems
• Background in technical analysis or basic development knowledge
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
• Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects
• Long-term B2B contract with stable project pipeline
• Flexible hybrid model (1 day/2 weeks on-site in Warsaw)
