Job summary

Our client, a rapidly growing consulting firm, seeks a Business Analyst IT in Warszawa to join a banking transformation team. You will analyze post-sales processes for mortgage loans, model workflows, and gather refined requirements with IT and business stakeholders.

You will prepare BRD and user stories, support development, and participate in testing, contributing to a large digital banking project and a long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a business analyst in banking
• Knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• Experience in analyzing business processes
• Ability to model processes (BPMN)
• Project work experience; Agile/Scrum is a plus

Business Analyst IT

The Key Responsibilities

• analysis of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• gathering and refining business requirements
• process modeling BPMN and/or UML
• preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories)
• collaboration with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank
• supporting the development team in interpreting requirements
• participation in testing and verification of implemented changes

Position Requirements

• experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
• knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• experience in analyzing business processes
• ability to model processes - eg. BPMN
• project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus

Nice To Have

• experience in digital mortgage digitization projects
• knowledge of banking systems supporting mortgage loans
• experience in working with large financial institutions
