Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business and System Analyst to join a project in the retail banking sector. You will analyze and align business and system requirements for products such as accounts, deposits, and cards, collaborating across teams.

The role demands 5+ years in analysis, banking knowledge, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence, UML/BPMN/SQL, and Scrum/Agile. Hybrid work model with 1–2 days weekly at Warsaw office is available.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a business and system analysis role.
• Experience in banking or financial sector, preferably in retail banking.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of completed tasks and provide recommendations.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Open to hybrid work, 1-2 days per week from the Warsaw office.

Requirements
