Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center to drive sales of services in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will actively engage with business clients, identify their needs and translate them into tailored solutions, focusing on Accounts Payable/Receivable, Business Operations, and HR services.

In this role you will build a strong client portfolio, negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and support delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales.
• Fluent in German enabling collaboration with DACH clients.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Dynamic, independent personality with a sales focus.
• Proactive with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in Polish and residing in Poland.

• Actively acquiring new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline.
• Promoting and selling Business Services (AP/AR, Business Operations, HR).
• Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and supporting client inquiries.

Are you comfortable engaging in conversations with business clients, able to identify their needs and effectively translate them into sales solutions? Join us! We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center at Sii Poland, who will be responsible for developing sales of services in the areas of business operations, finance (AP/AR), and HR in the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role focuses on actively acquiring clients, building business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Your tasks

• Actively acquiring new clients in the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline
• Promoting and selling Business Services, particularly in the areas of: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Business Operations, HR Services
• Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and providing ongoing support for client inquiries
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service at every stage of cooperation
• Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
• Supporting business development by participating in pre-sales processes and closely collaborating with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts
• Acting in accordance with Sii's mission, business goals, and key values

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
• Fluent in German, enabling collaboration with clients from the DACH region – a must
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations
• Dynamic, independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
• Proactivity, a can-do attitude, and a natural ease in building positive business relationships
• Fluent in Polish and residing in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience in selling Business Services, BPO, SSC/GBS, or business process outsourcing
• Knowledge of business processes, particularly in the areas of finance and accounting, operations, or HR
