FERRO Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. The role focuses on developing market strategies, acquiring distributors and key customers, and building lasting partnerships to expand FERRO’s international footprint.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales and business development within plumbing, heating or sanitary industries, with fluent English and willingness to travel.

The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.

FERRO Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies;
• Identify and acquire new distributors, wholesalers and key customers;
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships;
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities;
• Conduct customer visits, negotiations and product presentations;
• Represent FERRO at trade fairs and industry events;
• Cooperate closely with internal teams to support market development.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management within: Plumbing, Heating, Sanitary or HVAC;
• Proven success in developing new markets and distribution networks;
• Good understanding of distribution channels and the plumbing/heating/sanitary industry;
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills;
• Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum);
• Experience in UK, Irish or Nordic markets will be a strong advantage;
• Driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel internationally.
