Job summary

FERRO Group is seeking a Group Supply Chain Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for senior management. You will analyze KPIs across supply chain, logistics, production, and inventory to support planning and improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, finance and IT, own data quality, and help develop analytical tools. Fluent English and 3+ years in analytics are required; MS Excel and Power BI skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within operational analytics, controlling, logistics, planning, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience with large datasets and preparing business reports and recommendations for management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics and production.
• Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience working with large datasets and preparing business reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and production.
• Experience in process improvement, optimization projects, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level), enabling effective business communication and preparation of reports and presentations for an international audience.
