Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. seeks a dedicated BCM/TPRM professional to act as a subject matter expert in managing business continuity risks within the Third-Party Risk Management process.

You will guide stakeholders, review third-party controls, and help align BCM with evolving regulatory standards across international entities. We value independent thought, English proficiency (C1), and a university degree in risk-related fields.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1) and strong communication skills.
• University degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Business Continuity or related field.
• Professional experience in Business Continuity Management or similar field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as DORA.
• Initial experience of external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning.
• Ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align them with BCM framework.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert on BCM risks within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, ensuring BCM risks from a 2nd LoD perspective.
• Reviewing control assessment questionnaires from a BCM risk perspective and evaluating third-party certifications.
• Guiding, consulting, and challenging stakeholders in conducting risk assessments for third-party relationships focusing on BCM risks.
• Support the evolution of the TPRM framework to align with regulatory requirements and BCM standards.
• Organising information sessions for stakeholders on BCM and TPRM lifecycle topics across international entities.

How you will get the job done

• acting as a subject matter expert on Business Continuity Management (BCM) risks within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, ensuring that business continuity risks related to third parties are effectively managed from a 2nd Line of Defence (LoD) perspective and serving as a trusted sparring partner to the 1st Line of Defence
• reviewing control assessment questionnaires from a Business Continuity Risk perspective, evaluating certifications provided by third parties, and assessing their coverage of required business continuity controls
• guiding, consulting, and challenging business stakeholders in conducting and documenting risk assessments for assigned third-party relationships, with a particular focus on business continuity risks and requirements
• supporting the continuous development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business continuity standards
• organizing and conducting information sessions for stakeholders involved in Business Continuity Management, promoting awareness of TPRM lifecycle topics and supporting local Risk Management Functions across international entities
