Job summary

Solid in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a large banking transformation project focused on post-sales mortgage processes.

You will analyze and refine business requirements, model processes with BPMN and UML, and collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery. The role offers hybrid work and long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst in banking.
• Knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans.
• Experience in analyzing business processes.
• Ability to model processes (BPMN/UML).
• Project work experience; Agile or Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze post-sales processes for mortgage loans.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Model processes using BPMN and/or UML.
• Prepare BRD and user stories.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams of the bank.
• Support development team in interpreting requirements.
• Participate in testing and verification of changes.

Requirements:

• experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
• knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• experience in analyzing business processes
• ability to model processes - eg. BPMN
• project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus
