Job summary

Seargin Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and model AS-IS and TO-BE processes. You will work with SAP Signavio tools to drive transformation, document functional specs, and support data migrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and IT teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivering clear analytical documentation to enable project success. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role supporting business and technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Insights, Process Intelligence, and Process Governance solutions.
• BPMN Process Modeling: Proven experience modeling business processes using BPMN standards and applying process analysis methodologies in complex environments.
• Implementation Project Experience: Experience participating in business transformation and implementation projects involving process design and solution deployment.
• Data Migration Projects: Practical experience supporting data migration initiatives, including business analysis, validation activities, and process alignment.
• Business & IT Collaboration: Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and solution adoption.
• Requirements Engineering: Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, requirements-gathering sessions, and preparing business and functional specifications.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement and solution design.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging business users, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.
• Language: Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level) and practical experience working with SAP LeanIX in process or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT functions to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process design meetings to gather insights and support decision‑making activities.
• Process Modeling & Documentation: Map, document, and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, ensuring accurate process documentation and business transparency.
• SAP Signavio Process Management: Model and analyze business processes using BPMN standards and SAP Signavio tools to support transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and business value.
• Transformation Program Support: Support business transformation initiatives by aligning business requirements, process changes, and technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Data Migration Support: Participate in data migration projects by supporting requirements analysis, process validation, and business readiness activities.
• Business Documentation: Prepare analytical documentation, business specifications, functional requirements, process flows, and other project deliverables.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver end-user training, support organizational change activities, and build strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic partners.
