Job summary

Adecco ищет специалиста по НДС в Варшаве для подготовки НДС-отчетности по странам ЕС и участия в месячном закрытии по НДС. Роль требует взаимодействия с внешними контрагентами и группой налогового департамента.

Кандидат должен иметь не менее 3 лет налогового опыта, владение английским языком и навыки анализа. Условия: временный контракт ≥12 мес, оклад до 15 000 злотых брутто.

Qualifications

• Будет плюсом: опыт SAP и международной торговли.

Responsibilities

• Подготовка налоговой отчетности по НДС для стран ЕС и связанные отчеты (Intrastat, VAT-UE).
• Ведение месячного закрытия по НДС, включая сверку счетов по НДС.
• Поддержка Группового налогового департамента информацией по запросам и анализам.
• Участие в проектах по косвенному налогу.
• Внедрение контроля качества и автоматизации отчетности по НДС с использованием цифровых инструментов и ИИ.
• Сотрудничество с внешним сервис-провайдером и финансовыми стейкхолдерами для соблюдения местных требований.

• Prepare VAT returns for EU countries and related reports, including Intrastat and VAT-UE summary information, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Perform month-end VAT closing activities, including VAT account reconciliations
• Support the Group Tax Department by providing information for ad hoc queries and analyses
• Participate in indirect tax projects
• Implement quality controls and support VAT reporting automation using digital tools and AI-based solutions where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an external service provider and Finance stakeholders to ensure compliance with local tax requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in taxation
• Very good spoken and written English
