Job summary

Citi приглашает в глобальную команду Enterprise Data Office и Product Solution Team. Роль направлена на обеспечение точности, своевременности и пригодности данных для бизнес-отчётности, рисков и регуляторных требований.

Вы будете взаимодействовать с Markets, Risk, Finance, Tech и Data Engineering, документировать потоки данных и разрабатывать решения для автоматизации и управления данными. Требуется 5+ лет опыта и владение SQL/Python; гибридный режим до 2 дней в неделю удалённо.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в банковской сфере, финансовых услугах или рынках капитала, с упором на контроль данных, управление данными и аналитику.
• Глубокие знания по производным инструментам (Equities, FX, IRS, Commodities) или SFTs и регуляторным требованиям.
• Умение работать с Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark и базами данных.
• Опыт в автоматизации и использовании инструментов анализа данных и генеративного ИИ.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение презентовать сложные концепции бизнес-партнёрам.

This role is within enterprise data office and product solution team; focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and fit for purpose data for business, risk management and regulatory reporting requirements.

Engage with Markets, Risk, Finance, Tech, Client org, and Data Engineering Teams to gather requirements, understand application processing, identify gaps and design systematic solution for business needs. Average day is highly collaborative, focusing on reaching out to application teams and users to understand Markets products processing in Regulatory Reporting data Flow. Document product data flows along with transformation /mapping/enrichments/logic within enterprise systems. Analyze and document end-to-end Derivatives and Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) data flows across systems, mapping current-to-target states and performing gap assessments to support target-state adoption. Perform daily DOD variance analysis across assigned trading books, providing granular attribution of movements (market risk, trade activity, model changes, pricing adjustments) while designing and maintaining analytical tools/dashboards to automate reporting. Lead the assessment of end-to-end data flows for all data elements used in Regulatory Reports, identifying appropriate strategic sources for critical data elements (CDEs). Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify critical data elements, define data standards and quality expectations, and prioritize the remediation of data issues. Design and implement robust data governance controls, including data quality rules, data reconciliation, and data lineage tracking to ensure data integrity. Design and implement systematic solutions to eliminate manual processes, remediate tactical adjustments, and drive automation across data workflows. Prepare detailed functional requirement specifications (including calculations, transformations, and aggregation logic) and perform functional testing and data validation.

Требования:

5+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets, with a strong focus on data controls, governance, and analytics; an Engineering degree with a Post Graduation in Finance is preferred. Deep understanding of Derivative products (Equities, FX, IRS, Commodities, etc.) or Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs like Repo, Securities Lending), along with knowledge of regulatory requirements and data governance policies. Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark, and structured/unstructured databases, with experience in data modeling and data management methodologies. Proficiency in AI-accelerated data analysis (AutoML, Python libraries) and automation, including prompt engineering and leveraging GenAI/LLMs to optimize workflows. Experience managing data initiatives and utilizing data management tools, process mapping, and lineage toolsets from planning through to day-to-day production management. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to break down complex data structures, identify issues, and develop logical models to meet business needs. Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business partners and leaders to gain approvals. Self-motivated self-starter with strong project, process, and organizational management skills, capable of dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
