Responsibilities

• Элицитировать, документировать и управлять требованиями.
• Создавать правила на основе требований с использованием внутреннего языка, подобного KNIME.
• Проводить разовый анализ для выявления потенциальных проблем в продакшене.
• Вести бэклог проекта.
• Участвовать в приемочном тестировании продуктового инкремента и анализировать результаты тестов.

The Regulatory Reporting Platform collects, processes, and transforms data from internal systems to produce regulatory reports across 240 jurisdictions. It supports around 10,000 reports in regulatory, compliance, financial, and risk reporting. The business-critical platform operates in a highly regulated environment, where data accuracy, quality, traceability, and timely delivery are essential.

Задачи:

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements
• Create rules based on gathered requirements using an internally built language similar to KNIME
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate potential production issues
• Maintain the project backlog
• Participate in product increment acceptance testing and analyze test results

Требования:

• 6+ Years of requirements management or business analysis experience
• Capital markets experience and the ability to explain at least one financial product
• SQL knowledge and the ability to write complex queries
• Scripting experience in R, Python, VBA, or another language
• Technical knowledge and the ability to read code
• Experience in process analysis and documentation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, stress-resistant team player
• English C1
