Responsabilidades

• Анализируйте, документируйте и управляйте требованиями для Grid Analysis и SNSC в рамках MCCS
• Составляйте требования, user stories, технические спецификации и прочую проектную документацию
• Проводите воркшопы и координируйте требования с бизнес-заказчиками, архитекторами и командами разработки
• Анализируйте сценарии энергосистем: стабильность, регулирование напряжения, анализ сетевой безопасности, оценка состояния, расчеты загрузки и мониторинг
• Переводите инженерные выводы в бизнес- и функциональные требования
• Содействуйте модернизации EMS/SCADA решений
• Обеспечивайте качество требований и прослеживаемость
• Поддерживайте разработку, тестирование, выпуск и планирование релизов
• Участвуйте в создании масштабируемых MCCS-решений, включая AI/ML инициативы

Andersen is a technology company delivering scalable digital solutions and modernizing critical infrastructure systems. The project supports energy management and SCADA capabilities for power grid operations, including real-time monitoring, grid analysis, network security, and operational decision support.

Задачи:

• Analyze, document, and manage functional and technical requirements for Grid Analysis and SNSC solutions within the MCCS program
• Create requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and other project documentation
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate requirements with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
• Analyze complex energy system use cases, including power system stability, voltage control, network security analysis, state estimation, load-flow calculations, and grid monitoring
• Translate technical findings into actionable business and technical requirements
• Support the modernization of EMS/SCADA solutions
• Ensure requirement quality, traceability, and alignment with business, operational, and technical needs
• Support development, testing, technical acceptance, and release planning
• Contribute to scalable, interoperable, and future-ready MCCS solutions, including AI/ML initiatives.

Требования:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ Years of experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis within technically complex system landscapes
• Strong domain knowledge of power systems and energy technology, including grid security analysis, voltage control, power system stability, curative system management, state estimation, and network calculations
• Experience with EMS, SCADA environments, grid operation systems, or related utility platforms
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into business and functional requirements
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, backlog management, and functional and technical specifications
• Experience preparing decision records and release-ready project documentation
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• German at Upper-Intermediate level or above
• Nice to have: familiarity with IREB, BABOK, or similar Business Analysis frameworks.
