Job summary

Andersen invites motivated individuals to join a 5-month full-time Business Analysis Traineeship in Poland. The program covers requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and the full software development lifecycle, with exposure to a second technology.

In-office in Warsaw or Kraków for candidates in Poland; online participation available for other cities. Salary is provided upon joining a commercial project.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Completed Business Analysis courses.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis.
• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into the details.
• A desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis throughout the traineeship.
• Learn and apply BA techniques within real projects.
• Contribute to SDLC activities from requirements to delivery.
• Prepare for transition to a commercial project upon successful completion.

The Business Analysis Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real business processes, develop analytical thinking, strengthen your requirements management skills, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

Applications are open in Poland: candidates from Warsaw and Kraków attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Poland can join online.
