Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead strategic AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will shape AI roadmaps, governance, and operating models while collaborating with presales, delivery, and security teams.

In this role, you will design Agentic AI, Enterprise RAG, and AI-powered automation, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and communicate complex concepts to executives across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology or strategic consulting and AI solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise AI, AI Strategy, AI Governance, AI Transformation, and AI Operating Models.
• Experience in presales, discovery sessions, business workshops, and proposal development.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience designing Agentic AI, Enterprise RAG, or AI-powered automation solutions.
• Understanding of secure AI engineering, including guardrails, threat modelling, DLP, IAM, Responsible AI, and monitoring.
• Experience working in enterprise environments, preferably within regulated industries.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, delivery teams, and executives.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to combine business, technology, security, and commercial perspectives.
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery sessions, roadmap workshops, and executive-level workshops.
• Identify, assess, and qualify Enterprise AI initiatives and business use cases.
• Design architectures for Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and Voice AI solutions.
• Develop AI strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, RFP responses, estimates, and delivery models.
• Support presales activities as the lead AI subject-matter expert.
• Advise clients on the business, technological, security, and commercial aspects of AI adoption.
• Support delivery teams during the design and implementation of AI solutions.
• Create reference architectures, accelerators, playbooks, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with technology partners and challenge assumptions to define realistic AI use cases.
