Job summary

You will interview stakeholders, document processes, and translate complex needs into concrete functional specs while driving collaboration between business and technical teams.

Fluent English and 5–10 years in Life Sciences required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; 5–10 years in pharma/Life Sciences roles.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and product recipe design, including system integration projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to identify opportunities and support business case development.
• Analyze, document business processes, user stories, and requirements for MES/LIMS/ERP/PLM reporting solutions.
• Create functional specifications, architecture decisions, and technical documentation for configurations and integrations.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams for shared understanding of processes and data flows.
• Identify and support Generative AI and ML use cases in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
