Google Cloud's PACE Intelligence team in Poland is hiring a business intelligence professional to accelerate sales growth through AI agents, advanced reporting, and KPI-driven insights. You will translate strategic needs into KPI frameworks, build data models and pipelines, and develop AI-enabled analytics that empower GTM teams.

This on-site role in Warsaw offers exposure to global data platforms and a chance to impact revenue through scalable dashboards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high-quality insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and revenue growth.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting for leadership and field teams.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure—including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts—for scalable analytical models and dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.

• Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.

• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
