HireHi ищет специалиста по бизнес-аналитике данных в команде PACE Intelligence. Ваша задача — переводить бизнес-потребности в KPI-рамки и складывать данные для анализа выручки и роста потребления Cloud.

Вы будете руководить проектами BI, моделями данных и автоматизированной отчетностью, строить конвейеры данных и AI-агентов, чтобы масштабировать BI-генерацию и доставку инсайтов. Требуется профиль с опытом и знанием SQL.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование или эквивалентный практический опыт.
• 4 года опыта в операциях продаж, консалтинге по управлению или программном управлении.
• Опыт анализа данных и SQL.
• Опыт разработки аналитических моделей с использованием табличных редакторов.
• Желателен опыт работы с системами контроля версий и скриптовыми языками (Python, R, JavaScript, Go).

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать с межфункциональными заинтересованными сторонами для перевода бизнес-целей в KPI-рамки, отслеживающие выручку, потребление и реализацию стратегии Go-To-Market;
• Р вести BI-проекты от концепции до реализации, предоставляя качественные инсайты для роста потребления Google Cloud и выручки;
• Разрабатывать модели данных, дата-маркеты и автоматизированную отчетность для руководства и полевых команд;
• Проектировать и строить конвейеры данных, хранилища, SQL-скрипты, аналитические модели и панели инструментов;
• Разрабатывать, тестировать и поддерживать AI-агентов, интегрированных с существующими конвейерами данных.

Its PACE Intelligence team builds business intelligence capabilities for Google Cloud sales teams, including reporting, performance management, data infrastructure, and AI-powered insights.

Задачи:

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into KPI frameworks tracking revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market strategy execution;
• Lead business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, providing high-quality insights that support Cloud consumption and revenue growth;
• Develop data models, data marts, and automated reporting to provide leadership and field teams with a clear view of business performance;
• Design and build data pipelines, warehouses, SQL scripts, analytical models, and dashboards;
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents integrated with existing data pipelines to scale business intelligence generation and delivery.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
• 4 Years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management;
• Experience with data analysis and SQL;
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software;
• Nice to have: experience with collaborative code review and version control systems, scripting with Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation, supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives, working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes, communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
