Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services seeks a highly creative, strategic Creative Director to lead visual identity and multimedia storytelling across marketing, sales, and corporate communications. You will translate business objectives into compelling concepts, drive brand consistency, and oversee video, podcast, and content production.

The role balances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-growing, mission-critical infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in graphic design, creative development, brand management, multimedia production, or related creative disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading creative direction and managing complex creative projects.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling, presentation design, and multimedia production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and related design apps.
• Experience with video production, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with podcast development and audio production.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive/customer-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual execution of EverOn's brand across internal and external communications.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and creative standards as the company grows.
• Translate company positioning and marketing objectives into impactful visual concepts.
• Oversee the design and production of corporate presentations, proposals, digital graphics, and events materials.
• Lead the production of corporate videos, podcasts, and multimedia content from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative initiatives with business and marketing strategies.
• Manage creative briefs, timelines, and workflows; coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
