Job summary

L-Nutra is seeking an experienced Brand Designer/Art Director to shape the visual identity across channels and partners. You will drive design systems, campaign concepts, and execution from concept to final assets, partnering with growth, product, and content teams to maintain a science-forward, human-centered brand.

Ideal candidates bring a deep portfolio in brand design, strong typography, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand design.
• Experience in-house and/or at a design/brand/advertising agency (at least one required).
• Strong portfolio across digital, campaign, and brand work.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to scale creative production.
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and brand systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing files for print and digital production.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pixel-level execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts across paid media, email, landing pages, social content, sales materials, and investor decks.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across channels.
• Lead concepting, art direction, and execution of campaigns with writers and growth teams.
• Collaborate with product, UX, content, and partnerships to ensure brand integrity.
• Design with clarity, usability, and conversion in mind, aligning with UX principles.
