Calan seeks a Biogas and Biomethane Engineer to supervise water and sewage facilities, focusing on municipal wastewater treatment plants in Poland. You will drive energy efficiency, support tender bids, oversee investments, and supervise subcontractors through to commissioning.

Responsibilities include improving facility energy performance, coordinating with technology suppliers and partners, and visiting client sites for technical assessments and progress checks.

Formación

• Experience with municipal wastewater systems and energy-efficient processes.
• Familiarity with water and sewage industry regulations and acts.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.

• Support comprehensive project delivery: bids, investment execution, and subcontractor supervision through commissioning.
• Improve energy efficiency and sludge management in facilities.

• Participate in technical visits to the Client's facilities.

Job Description:

• Supervision of the technology of water and sewage facilities operation, especially municipal wastewater treatment plants
• Comprehensive project implementation: technical support at the stage of preparing bids for tenders, investment implementation, and supervision of subcontractors, until the commissioning
• Optimization of water and sewage facilities operations - improving energy efficiency, sludge management
• Technical support for bidding, cooperation with technology suppliers and business partners
• Participation in technical visits to the Client's facilities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the market in terms of services provided, knowledge of the water and sewage industry
• Technical knowledge of processes and technologies for the treatment of municipal and possibly industrial wastewater, including the energy efficiency of water-sewage facilities
• Regulatory knowledge, including the act on collective water supply and sewage disposal, environmental protection law, water law
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
