Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Telecom Billing Operations or related tech platform operations.
• Deep expertise in telecom billing platforms (Amdocs) and full billing lifecycle.
• Proven incident response leadership for billing-critical systems.
• Track record reducing toil via automation, AI agents, or tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex multi-system workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; RCA docs and architecture notes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations & Platform Reliability for mobile, broadband, and enterprise services.
• Manage end-to-end billing cycle operations and zero-defect bill runs.
• Lead P1/P2 incident response with cross-system diagnosis and blameless postmortems.
• Drive runbook completeness and automation quality for billing workflows.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with Architects on platform decisions.
• Prepare operational dashboards and management updates on billing health.
