Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced Senior SRE to own end-to-end reliability for T-Mobile's billing platforms, covering real-time incident response, billing cycle health, automation development, and observability across the BSS/billing portfolio.

You will drive automation, AI-powered tooling, and blameless postmortems, while mentoring the team and elevating runbook standards. Collaboration with Domain Architects will shape billing platform resilience and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Telecom Billing Operations, BSS Support, or technical platform operations with a strong software/automation foundation.
• Deep expertise in telecom billing platforms (Amdocs) and full billing lifecycle for mobile, broadband, and enterprise services.
• Demonstrated technical leadership: led incident response for billing-critical systems and drove blameless postmortems.
• Track record of toil reduction through automation, AI agents, or tooling in billing/BSS operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose billing discrepancies across complex multi-system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations & Platform Reliability: manage end-to-end billing cycle operations for Mobile, Broadband, Enterprise, and B2B/B2C customers; ensure accurate invoicing and zero-defect runs.
• Validate data pre-run; identify and resolve discrepancies, credits, and disputes before customers are affected.
• Perform bill reconciliation and revenue assurance across BSS; monitor KPIs and SLAs for billing accuracy and turnaround time.
• Lead incident response for P1/P2 billing events; triage, diagnose, communicate with stakeholders, and perform blameless postmortems.
• Coordinate with Order Management, Provisioning, Finance, and IT to resolve systemic billing issues.
• Design and build AI agent roadmap to reduce toil; prototype agents and establish patterns for the team.
