Job summary

BBH in Krakow seeks a Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing Analyst to manage fee schedules, client invoicing setup, and receivables coordination within our Billing Center of Excellence. You will liaise with Relationship and Sales Managers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

The role requires a BA/BS, 3+ years in financial services, strong project management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to liaise across departments/functions as needed for research and analysis.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, investment vehicles, and legal structures.
• Experience working in Client Invoicing, or Internal Audit in Financial Services a plus.
• Strong client services and relationship management excellence.
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
• Possess an intellectual curiosity and exhibits problem solving and analytical skills.
• Work independently and take initiative on - responsibilities listed above and the ability to drive efficiency changes.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, quality conscious, and follow-through.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Fee Schedule Creation/Generation
• Invoice Set-up Instructions
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Business, New Fee Schedule
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Accounts Added to Existing Fee Schedules
• Billing termination coordination
• Ongoing client outreach for open receivables
• Bad debt write-offs coordination, if necessary
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Participate in working groups related to the RE Client Invoicing function
