Job summary

Xceedance’s Kraków office hosts a Finance SSC role focused on leading Billing & Collection and Technical Accounting teams within a global insurance-focused operations environment. You will manage client interactions, interpret policy data, and drive efficiency with automation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This position offers growth within a dynamic, international context and sits in a modern city-center office with parking.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, technical accounting, credit control, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working in an international SSC/BPO environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital tools and experience using AI-supported solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilites:
