Job summary

Xceedance is seeking an Analyst for Insurance Operations in Kraków. You will partner with European clients, delivering strategic operations and analytical support across the insurance product lifecycle.

You will work on maintaining client databases, analyzing documents, and preparing reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and knowledge sharing in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining/updating the client’s database based on received information.
• Analyze insurance documents (contracts, endorsements).
• Prepare and circulate reports.
• Search for solutions to evolving business needs.
• Participate in regional and global projects as part of a working group.
• Improve processes and updates.
• Support tool systems implementations including scenario creation and verification in UAT.
• Coordinate with development, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Transfer knowledge within the team.

Being an Analyst in our growing Insurance Operations team in Krakow, you will partner with our European clients and focus on delivering top-notch strategic operations and analytical support throughout the entire end-to-end insurance product lifecycle.

What you will be involved in:

• Maintaining/updating the client's database based on (documents and) information received.

• Analysis of insurance documents e.g. contracts, endorsements etc..

• Reports' preparation and circulations.

• Searching for solutions for evolving business requirements and needs.

• Participation in regional and global projects as a part of working group.

• Finding out, agreeing and improving the process and its updates.

• The tools and systems implementations including e.g. scenarios' creation & verification in the UAT.

• Contact with development teams, client's operations team & underwriting team.

• Taking care of knowledge transfer in the team.

Requirements:
