Qualifications

• 2+ years in UX writing, content design, or related fields.
• Ability to craft clear, concise microcopy for digital products.
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining content guidelines and tone of voice.

Responsibilities

• Write microcopy for UI components including buttons, errors, tooltips, and form labels.
• Develop and maintain content style guides, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
• Create structured, reusable copy decks and document UX writing principles.
• Develop clear, concise, user-centered copy to improve usability.
• Collaborate with UX Design, Product, and Development teams to align content with design and functionality.
• Coordinate user research and usability testing to validate content effectiveness.
• Refine content based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and A/B testing results.
• Ensure content integrates seamlessly into high-fidelity UI designs and adapts to layout and interaction constraints.
• Provide structured copy concepts and guidelines to inform UI design decisions.
