Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues.
• Listen actively and provide practical solutions in English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
• Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist customers and maintain accurate records.
