Job summary

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Solutions Consultant fluent in Slovak and English to join the Sofia-based team. You will provide exceptional customer support across channels, use CRM and ticketing tools, and help customers maximize product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support for our products and services, maintaining a stellar customer satisfaction rate
• Master and efficiently utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools to meet the needs of our customers
• Engage customers through phone, email and chat
• Resolve inquiries within SLAs using knowledge base and protocols
• Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling time and customer scores
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the knowledge base
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
