You’ll establish long-term client relationships, advise on Google Ads strategies, manage campaigns, upsell solutions, and collaborate across teams to hit revenue targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Romanian and English is required.
• Aptitude for sales and marketing is essential.
• Tech-savvy with understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Must reside in or relocate to Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new clients (3-9 months).
• Develop customized online advertising strategies for clients.
• Provide guidance on Google Ads, proposing solutions and negotiating offers.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns: setup, rebuilds, optimization, reporting.
• Sell Google Ads products and solutions, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet goals.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare client solutions and campaigns during the service period.
• Meet personal KPIs daily while contributing to team sales targets.
