The Adecco Group in Kraków seeks a sales-focused digital advertising specialist fluent in Czech, Slovak, and English to drive growth in the Czech and Slovak-speaking markets. You will advise clients on Google Ads solutions, develop tailored online strategies, and manage campaigns.

You will identify new business opportunities, drive revenue through upselling digital advertising solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Czech, Slovak and English language skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients while building and maintaining long-term business relationships in the Czech and Slovak-speaking market.
• Advise clients on Google Ads solutions and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement customized online advertising strategies tailored to clients’ business needs.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of digital advertising solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and support client success.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve business results.
