Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Middle Project Support Specialist who will work from the office with Romanian language duties and collaboration across teams. Monday-Friday, you will support clients and help drive project success while engaging with diverse projects in a fast-paced IT setting.

You will handle inquiries, meet KPIs, and maintain confidentiality in a ticketing environment. English and Romanian at B2 level are required, and GIS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Mandatory knowledge of Romanian language (min. B2 level).
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
Analytical thinking and team collaboration.
Ability to comprehend project policy guidelines.
Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
Client-focused with confidentiality awareness.
Nice to have GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

Providing support and resolving client inquiries.
Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
Working in the ticketing system.
