Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in Wroclaw seeks a Middle Project Support Specialist with Romanian to join our IT services team. You will provide client support, resolve inquiries, and maintain data confidentiality while meeting project KPIs. You’ll work in a ticketing system and collaborate with a diverse team.

Ideal candidates have Romanian and English at B2, strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to understand project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Romanian language (min. B2 level).
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team.
