Job summary

Elanco is seeking an O2C Credit & Collections Intern with German to support English- and German-speaking customers in daily accounts, payments and credit management within a global organization. You will perform portfolio analysis, assist with collection activities, and help with credit limit reviews while following established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Student status or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; knowledge of SAP/ERP and

Qualifications

Fluency in German and good command of English.
Student status or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
Basic knowledge of O2C, Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems; good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide support to English- and German-speaking customers in Credit and Collections.
Support customer portfolio analysis and payment follow-up.
Assist with collection activities, including contact with customers.
Support credit limit reviews and sales order credit releases.
Analyze customer financial information and payment trends.
Follow established processes and ensure activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company requirements.
