Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, invites applications for an O2C Credit & Collections Intern. Based in Warsaw, you will support the O2C team in daily activities related to customer accounts, payments and credit management, gaining practical experience in a multinational setting.

Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory. You will analyze customer portfolios, assist with collection activities, and learn SAP/ERP tools while collaborating with internal partners and external customers.

• Analyze available customer financial information, payment trends, financial ratios and relevant market information.
• Support sales order credit releases in a compliant and timely manner.
• Support Credit Limit reviews and related activities.
• Support the O2C Credit & Collections team by providing cover for team members when needed.
• Follow applicable processes, documentation and training materials to ensure activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company requirements.

Your Role:

As an O2C Credit & Collections Intern with Dutch, you will support the O2C Credit & Collections team in daily activities related to customer accounts, payments and credit management. This role will give you an opportunity to gain practical experience in a global organization and develop your knowledge of O2C, Credit and Collections processes.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

• Previous internship or experience in Finance, Accounting, Customer Service or a related area.
• Basic knowledge of O2C, Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience working in an international or shared services environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Student status or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
