Elanco is seeking an O2C Credit & Collections Intern for Warsaw to support English and German-speaking customers in credit and collections. You will assist with portfolio analysis, payment follow-up, and collection activities while following established processes.

The role requires fluency in German, good English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. Student status or recent graduation in Finance, Economics, or related fields is preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and good command of English.
Student status or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Good knowledge of Excel.

Responsabilités

Provide support to English and German-speaking customers in Credit and Collections.
Support customer portfolio analysis and payment follow-up.
Assist with collection activities, including contact with customers.
Support credit limit reviews and sales order credit releases.
Analyze customer financial information and payment trends.
Follow established processes and ensure activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company requirements.
