Elanco Tiergesundheit AG in Warsaw is seeking an O2C Credit & Collections Specialist fluent in English and Dutch. This fixed-term role covers credit risk mitigation and financial analysis to ensure timely payments across multiple entities.

You will support the O2C team, review credit limits, and perform collections activities in a compliant manner. Candidates should have a university degree, at least one year in O2C or finance, and strong English/Dutch language skills.

Qualificações

• University degree (Bachelors or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year experience in O2C or Finance function in a shared services or similar environment.
• Proficient in English and Dutch are mandatory.
• Ability to work in a global team and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top quality service to English and Dutch speaking customers in Credit and Collections.
• Perform in-depth analysis of customer financial statements, payment trends, and ratios.
• Conduct monthly AR reconciliations and present results to stakeholders.
• Manage credit releases and limits in a compliant and timely manner.
• Support the O2C team with cross-functional coverage and process improvements.
