Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an O2C Credit & Collections Specialist with German to mitigate credit risk and maintain high service standards for German and English-speaking markets. This fixed-term contract runs through the end of 2027, emphasizing end-to-end credit management and timely collections.

You will analyze customer financials, monitor payment trends, perform reconciliations, and support the O2C team to operate compliantly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
• 1 year minimum experience in O2C or Finance in a shared services or similar setting.
• Ability to work in a global team and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Strong prioritization, accuracy, and deadline-driven performance.
• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide credit and collections support to English and German-speaking customers.
• Analyze customer financial statements, payment trends, ratios and market information.
• Monitor timely payments and perform monthly AR reconciliations.
• Release sales orders credit in a compliant and timely manner.
• Support the entire O2C team and ensure compliance with process documentation.
